BRIEF:

Our client's desire to escape the city was the driving force behind this project. We imagined a contemporary design, with clean lines and a modern industrial touch. Utilizing a mix of glass, metal, stone, wood, and lush greenery emanates the idea that this house could be located in any tropical paradise; the design incorporates extensive use of glass to blur the boundaries between the indoors and outdoors. The presence of natural elements within the space, such as plants and natural materials, enhances this connection. 

With a spacious, flowing layout connecting the common areas, we emphasize the double high space. Maximizing the natural light by incorporating floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights. Despite the industrial materials, the space is designed to feel warm and inviting. The use of warm tones in the wood and steel, along with comfortable furnishings, creates a welcoming environment. The space is not only visually striking but also highly functional. The open layout allows for flexible use of the area, making it ideal for both relaxation and entertaining.
