BRIEF:

We were commissioned to design the offices of an emerging boxing broadcasting company within a former industrial factory. The challenge was to preserve the building’s raw character while creating a refined and contemporary workspace. Inspired by the client’s vision of “boxing in a suit,” the design blends the toughness of the sport with the sophistication of a British gentleman’s club. Exposed structural elements and polished concrete reinforce the industrial heritage of the space, while warm wood flooring in the private offices introduces a more refined atmosphere. The result is a distinctive workplace that balances functionality, comfort, and visual impact—equally suited for day-to-day operations, client meetings, and broadcasting content.
